​HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

High quality cleaning services are available at Clinton Commons. They are fully customized to fit your needs, and are provided by trained and experienced employees, exemplifying superior customer service. 

Billing options:

• $22.00 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours and if over 2 hours, resident will be billed in ½ hour increments.
  

• Housekeeping services are charged to your monthly statement.
  

• Clinton Commons will provide cleaning supplies.
  

Residents can choose from the following cleaning services to be performed.​

Living Areas and Bedrooms

• Carpets vacuumed
• Dusting (resident removes knick-knacks)
  
• Cobwebs removed
  
• Pick up and straighten room
  
• Empty trash
  
• Load bedding into washer
  
• Make bed
  
• Change bedding
  

Bathrooms

• Shower/bathtub and shower/tub walls are cleaned and disinfected.
• Mirrors are cleaned and shined.
  
• Sinks and countertops are disinfected
  
• Toilet is cleaned and disinfected
  
• Wipe down outside of cabinet
  
• Sweep and mop floor
  
• Clean dryer vent
  
• Empty trash
  

Kitchen

• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  
• Counter top cleaned and disinfected
  
• Exterior of all appliances will be wiped
  
• Sweep and mop floor
  
• Empty trash
  

Miscellaneous

• Interior windows
• Inside of refrigerator
  
• Move furniture and vacuum
  
• Clean the outside of the kitchen cabinets
  
• Table and chairs (dining) cleaned (unless they are cloth)
