Clinton Commons is a smoke free community.  Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and a full bathroom.  Heating and air-conditioning are individually regulated to allow personalized comfort.  Smoke detectors are in each room and sprinkler systems throughout the building give an added peace of mind.  Included in the monthly rent are utilities (with the exception of cable, internet and telephone).

APPLICATION FEE:  $500 The application fee is applied to the security deposit.    

SECURITY DEPOSIT = 1 month of rent

CARPORT MONTHLY RATE - $25

PETS - small (20 lbs. or less) $300 pet deposit and a $20 monthly pet fee. One (1) pet per apartment.
